Feeling As A Path To Healing

I am convinced that love is the strongest, most regenerative force that exists.

However, in order to experience the healing power of love, we must be willing to open our hearts and TRUST love, despite the ways in which love has betrayed us or scarred our hearts in the past.

Because of the painful experiences of our past, this is something that we often have to re-learn as adults. In order to give and receive the healing power of love, we must practice radical self-love and self-acceptance so that we can remember who we really are and reclaim our worthiness. We must remember that there is nothing that we need to do to earn love because we are love itself.

Grief is like a gateway to remembrance. The place where we can access that quiet hush and receive that tenderizing touch that allows love to once again permeate the depths of our being. When we learn to meet ourselves and God/Source within this sacred container, we become resilient.

Our nervous system is now able to appropriately move through our daily life in “rest and digest mode” and restore hormone balance, healthy digestion, and proper weight management. Because our bodies no longer need to produce cortisol in excess amounts, we are able to experience a place of much-needed rest and begin experiencing rejuvenation from our "soul fatigue".

What is guarding the gates of your heart?

Are you blocking access to the one thing that we all so deeply desire?
